The shoe dryer, ski/bike cellar, biopool in the garden and my guest seat in the garden and the Weber grill are all available together. Other things to note There is no elevator in the house. All apartments are accessible by stairs only. I can only provide 1 parking space in the carport (up to approx. 1.9 m height) for each apartment. There are also three parking spaces in the open area.
