Stay in our cozy 2nd floor cottage with ocean views & breezes right out to Anacapa Island. This perfect location is the best way to see all of Ventura. A seven minute walk to the beach is just what you need each day & that is just the beginning... The space The cottage is a separate self-contained upstairs apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed and couch. In this upstairs cottage you can relax and drink your morning coffee or sip wine at sunset while looking out at the ocean. This cottage offers a cozy spot to relax in or be active and stroll to the beach. All within walking distance you can enjoy the Pacific Ocean, grab some fish tacos on the pier, and shop away in downtown Ventura. You can stop into a local brewery or winery or even shuck oysters right down by the beach just a seven minute walk away if that is your fancy. Kitchen Includes all items of a full kitchen; stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, dishes, pans and a coffee pot. All items necessary for cooking. There is also a heater, ceiling fan, and full length mirror. Bathroom The basics-Shower, Toilet, & Sink area. Providing towels, hair dryer and clothes hamper. Washer/Dryer Available for use below staircase. Outside Space The property is gated & safe and you need a code to enter. The cottage is above the garage with its own separate entrance (guests & property owners use the same main entrance). The main house & neighbors are affected by loud talking while outside. Thank you for being cognizant. As a reminder smoking, vaping, etc. is not permitted on the premises. Parking Street parking available. We recommend locking the car and not leaving any valuables in view. Mail/Packages Please do not have mail forwarded to our address. Also we ask that packages be delivered to the post office or a local PO Box location. We cannot become responsible for your received items. Unregistered Guests The studio is setup only for the maximum 2 guests that are registered. At no point should any additional guests be on property unless there are extenuating circumstances that have been discussed in advance. There is no smoking on the balcony or anywhere in/out of the property. We are highly allergic. Your patio (at the top of the stairs) is the only additional space you have access to on the property.
