House in West Salem w/NC Beer Tasting

NO PARTIES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES or FAMILY GATHERINGS! You will be kicked out. House in West Salem located one mile from downtown! Great bang for the buck airbnb! You will be close to everything! You will have easy access to restaurants, nightlife and all the things the city has to offer! The house is in a busy COMMERCIAL CITY AREA off of a BUSY road, so you will hear traffic. Absolutely no parties, gatherings, “family cookouts”, etc. Due to irresponsible pet owners- the fee is now doubled. The space NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. No family cookouts and no graduation cookouts. This is not up for discussion and don’t call me to explain your situation. You have been warned. Don’t stay here if you love to complain and leave bad reviews when hosts go above and beyond. You will enjoy a 1,400 square ft. home that has 3 bedrooms (with comfortable beds), and a nice backyard with small patio seating. If you have a dog, lots of room for your pup to run around but the fence is not great, so if you have a digger or escape artist do not leave the pup unattended. The third bedroom is an attic conversion, which has a half bath. It’s a tad warmer in summer months, but it has its own window ac unit and box fan/ceiling fan to help cool it. NOTHING FANCY, but a huge functional space. My other airbnb Log Cabin sits directly behind the house! I do not allow parties or huge gatherings!!! Not perfect, but a solid space. I’m a super host, so feel comfortable staying with me. If you feel that you can’t be satisfied and love to look in every corner for things wrong with the house, then whine and complain expecting your money back, keep looking. I don’t put up with BS ☺️ Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Large house, and great back yard! There is on site parking, and if you have more than 2 cars, I can probably fit you into the driveway of my other airbnb (which is located directly behind this house). Street Parking is also available! Other things to note I have pots and pans, but I do NOT keep salt, oil and cooking basics. The house is not perfect. It’s built it 1921. You’re probably paying $98 a night, which is less than a crack motel in this town. Don’t complain
