A beautiful home in a peaceful, wooded setting close to Purdue. Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena is just eight minutes away. Grocery store and restaurants (including a Starbucks) are two minutes away with many more (including ethnic foods) five minutes away. The space You will have access to the entire 1.25-acre property with the exception of part of the lower level and the area under the side deck. Parties of six or less will have three bedrooms with three beds: two queens and one king plus a couch. You will have two bathrooms, one of which is attached to the master bedroom. Please Note: Parties of seven or more MAY have an additional bedroom (for a total of four bedrooms with four beds: two queens and two kings plus a couch) and a third bathroom and a game room. The lower level containing the fourth bedroom and third bathroom are available only by mutual agreement. Please check before booking. Places to be in and around the house: - Living room with 65" TV and fireplace. - Kitchen and kitchen table. - Table on the back deck outside the kitchen. - Dining room and dining table. - Firepit and chairs on the large wrap-around deck outside the living and dining rooms. - The woods and creek behind the house. PLEASE NOTE: Airbnb's designation as "Entire house" might be misleading since the lower level may be occupied by our daughter during your stay. However, it has completely separate access and has no overlap of living or outdoor space, so you will have little or no contact with downstairs occupants. Guest access Parking for two cars is available close to the house. Other cars may be parked on the street. Other things to note We provide everything that is essential for your stay (cooking/dining utensils, towels, air fryer, coffee makers, etc.).
