Kon-Tiki cottage

As a surfing destination, our fully equipped cottage is perfect for a quick lock up and go or a small family chill out holiday. It offers everything you need for a coastal getaway, from a hot outside shower to a fire pit with a deck area and mountain views. The cottage is 10 min walk to the famous Elands Bay surf break and one hour drive from the renowned Cederberg mountain rock climbing spots. The space Our cottage and main house are on the same property, they share the drive way but have separate private entrances to their own entertainment areas. Guest access Our street is a cul-de-sac. Our "Kon-Tiki" main house shares the driveway with our "Kon-Tiki Cottage". The cottage has its own entrance gate. Both have their own enclosed entertainment areas and privacy. Both homes are booked separately on the airbnb site. Other things to note Our friend and manager, Audrey, will welcome you into our home. At your arrival, she will give you all the info and if you need anything during your stay, she is just a few minutes away. **** FIRE WOOD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY: please ask Audrey if there is any stock before your arrival!! NO PETS: We wish to thank you for leaving your furry friends at home as we have a strictly NO PETS policy in both our Kon -Tiki House and Cottage. LOAD SHEDDING: please note that in South Africa we have scheduled power cuts. You can check the timetables supplied by officials online. We don’t have solar or generator so please do look up the schedules. We have gas heated water and stove, rechargeable portable lights and UPS.
