The Bungalow on Montrose (Mins from Downtown RVA)

The Bungalow on Montrose features an attic/loft getaway perfect for a writing retreat. Features a bedroom, living space and bistro nook. Housed inside a quaint, rustic 100-year-old bungalow, located in the historic Battery Park neighborhood of Richmond, Va. The space I have a four-year-old Boxer (dog) named Kofi. He is friendly and has lots of energy. He will be on the first level in a private room, guest bedrooms are on the second level. Guest access All guests are given full access to the downstairs living room and tv, which has Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable. Kitchen area is available also, adjacent to a closed porch with additional dining space. All outdoor spaces, including patios and decks, are available as well. The stairwell to the attic bedroom is steep, narrow and in some parts have a low ceiling. Be mindful of that before booking. Other things to note I'm a Richmond native and secondary English teacher. When I'm not hosting, I'm writing, reading, sewing, hiking and booking unique Airbnb stays.
