We offer our space 'ONLY' to families or couples. Our double floor Unit is situated in the lap of nature overlooking a lush-green Valley and Coffee Estate in Ammathi, Kodagu. My place is also set-up for Long Duration Workation/Staycation. Our First Floor- 2 Bed Room setup has Separate Entrance; Attached Bathrooms; Fully Equipped Kitchen-cum-Dining Area with Fridge, stove, microwave; Power Backup (UPS + Genset) ; Hi-Speed Broadband - with UPS backup. The space * Each Bedroom has attached bathroom with Geyser; * Both Bedrooms have TV with Tata Sky connection; * Bedroom 1- comes with 2 Double Beds (1 King and 1 Queen size); * Bedroom 2 - comes with 1 double (Queen Size) and 1 Single Bed; * Each Bedroom has Separate work Space / Table; Guest access Entire FF, Parking area, Garden Area. Other things to note Grocery, Vegetable Shops for daily needs, Medical stores, are all at a walking distance from my place. Setup also comes with Shared Washing Machine and Dryer installed in GF. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner can be provided on-demand and is Chargeable. Maid is available on Demand.
