The space Separate entrance lower level studio is brand new and offers fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, retreat-like washroom with walk in shower, a couch WiFi. The living, dining and sleeping areas are combined as this is a studio. We just completed the renovations - so the unit is super clean and brand new. All appliances are high end and brand new. Available free parking on driveway and free parking on the street. Please note that we have a cat in the house - very friendly and he never goes down to your unit and wont bother you.
