Our five bedroom home has been completely renovated in a contemporary, coastal style, reflecting our proximity to the coast. Situated in a elevated position, Vine House enjoys far reaching views across the treetops of Hollacombe woods, to Dartmoor, Plymouth & beyond. Other things to note We are letting our family home for four weeks from Sat 29th July - Sat 26th August 2023. We are only able to accept Sat - Sat bookings of 7 or 14 nights. Upstairs - 1 x Kingsize bedroom & ensuite bathroom and 1 x smaller bedroom with double sofa bed. Downstairs - 1 x Kingsize bedroom & ensuite, 1 x bedroom with single bed, 2nd bedroom with single bed, 1 x Family bathroom. Please note there are steps down to the lawned garden from the patio area. There is also a raised child’s play house in the garden which has a ladder + slide and sandpit beneath. Hollacombe Brake is close to a farm so you may hear the odd moo or neigh from neighbouring farm animals! (We love it!)
