The place is best suited for families, working professionals, couples. You will find almost all the basic amenities. This place is located close to the Chandigarh-Delhi highway. 2 Km from the Zirakpur bus stand (NH connecting to - Delhi, Shimla, Patiala, Rajpura, Ludhiana, Ambala). The space -There is no lift in the building -The air conditioner is not on power backup -Fans & lights are backed up by the Inverter Other things to note Dear Guest, - Cleaning fees on the website can not be set to less than 400 INR per stay. So guests are requested to pay 100 INR/Stay towards the garbage man and 100 INR for cleaning fees (post-stay). This does not mean that you will leave the property dirty. - Humble request if you can not clean the dishes and floor please opt for the maid option. Do not leave dirty dishes because the other guest may not like that. I am personally not available there so can not verify this thing. Please do not leave the property dirty for sake of saving an additional 100 bucks/per day. - Early Check-in is also possible without extra fees depending upon the availability - Least interference during the stay. A good place for the couple who want to avoid hotel check-in. - Guests coming in with kids or babies would find this place convenient than hotels or any other place. - Unmarried couples are allowed. But we don’t cater to guests from our own city i.e Mohali, Panchkula, and Chandigarh. - You will get all Ola, Uber, drive-in, Rapido services at this address.
