The space -There is no lift in the building -The air conditioner is not on power backup -Fans & lights are backed up by the Inverter Other things to note Dear Guest, Please note that the cleaning fee on the website cannot be set below ₹400 per stay. Hence, guests are kindly requested to pay ₹100 per stay towards the garbage collection and ₹100 per stay towards post-stay cleaning. This does not mean that the property should be left untidy. A humble request — if you’re unable to clean the dishes or the floor, please opt for the maid service option. Kindly do not leave dirty dishes behind, as the next guest may find it unpleasant. I am personally not available on-site to monitor this, so please help maintain cleanliness for everyone’s comfort. Let’s not leave the property messy just to save ₹100 per day. You can just check in at no additional charge if you're available. Minimal interference during your stay — ideal for couples seeking privacy and a hassle-free check-in experience. Family-friendly — guests with kids or babies will find this stay more convenient than most hotels. Unmarried couples are welcome; however, we do not accept bookings from local residents of Mohali, Panchkula, or Chandigarh.
