This home is a small one-bedroom, one-bath home originally built in the 1920s. It is newly updated and very clean with new appliances and furniture. The backyard is small but fully fenced and private. The neighborhood is sensitive to disturbances as most occupants are older, so please be courteous upon arrival and during your stay. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: ALL BOOKINGS: -Please provide details as to who will be traveling with you and what time you are checking in. -Beds suitable for up to 3 adults to sleep and I don't mind kids sleeping on the couch in the living room if they can fit comfortably and if I am notified beforehand (for families of more than 3) THOSE WITH PETS: -If you are traveling with dogs (3 MAX, NO CATS) please book the correct number of pets in the booking process for our records. Booking a pet will add an additional $7 fee to be used for an upgraded cleaning. -Please note pets will not be allowed to be left outside unsupervised if they bark. -All service animals (for those that are not dogs) are allowed as long as paperwork can be provided **Please read house rules BEFORE booking. By booking, you agree to the house rules. ** There is one carport on the premises but please note it is an older house so it is on the small side and located in the alleyway so it is also tight. If you have a big truck and aren’t an expert at parking, you absolutely will not be able to fit under the covered parking. There is plenty of free Street Parking in front of the home. -Absolutely no parking in the alleyway unless your vehicle is fully under the carport. ** if you arrive at night and park in the car port, please turn your headlights off so you don’t shine the neighbors window. You will most likely hear about it otherwise.** I will be available to answer questions through Airbnb messaging at all times and can provide help when needed. There is a three hour time difference between Elko and where I live, so please keep that in mind. Endearing older neighborhood centrally located in the heart of Elko.
