FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS SPACIOUS ARTFUL SPACE! This 1,300 square foot guest suite is the perfect getaway for 2, 3, or 4 people. Nestled in the gorgeous countryside just nine miles from Asheville, this fitness lover's paradise includes loads of privacy, quiet, a new super comfy queen mattress, unique furniture, a brand new kitchenette, and an exercise area including a stationary bike, yoga mats, and blocks. Our area is renowned among cyclists for its quiet roads and supreme beauty. The space Beautiful downstairs guest suite has been recently remodeled to serve and sooth your senses. Enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine out on a private deck overlooking acres of countryside, nap or hang out on the beautiful couch, and curl up and read while overlooking the rolling yard. This rural setting invites you to unwind, take long walks, and get in a great workout in the fitness area, all with all of the attractions of downtown Asheville and Weaverville only 15-20 minutes away. Guest access You have full and private access to your guest suite at any time. The day prior to your arrival, you will be given a code to a lockbox for the key which operates the entrance door. You can park a single vehicle (one car only, please) on the left side of our driveway, close to your entrance way. We respect your privacy, but are accessible if you have needs or questions. Your private deck is available for your enjoyment. We are on a country road with lots of beautiful places to walk. Sorry, NO PETS and NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OLD. The kitchenette is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, french press, electric water kettle., Nespresso machine and coffee pods, and toaster (please note: there is no oven, stove, or hot plate). Light breakfast/snack items are provided, along with locally-roasted coffee, tea, sugar, and half and half. We live in a quiet subdivision with four houses. We ask that you respect our neighbor's privacy and that you not venture onto their property. There are wonderful walks just outside our subdivision and we'll leave information about those in the guest suite when you arrive. Other things to note We go beyond the strategies and measures recommended by the CDC, public health departments (local and federal), as well as Airbnb guidelines and ask guests to reciprocate our mitigating efforts. If we should cross paths around the house, we will respect Airbnb rules to wear a mask and remain six feet apart.
