An Gwith is a modern, self-contained & fully equipped 1 bedroom detached studio annexe set in a peaceful semi-rural village with easy access to the city. The downstairs space has open plan living with a kitchen, lounge & dining area; separate toilet & spacious shower room. The spiral staircase leads to a cosy mezzanine level bedroom. There is also a patio & garden area with a private hot tub, perfect for morning coffee & relaxing in the evening. Ideal for couples & business travellers The space An Gwith has everything you need for a self catering break with fast WIFI throughout. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, Bosch oven, AEG induction hob, double sink, microwave, Alessi kettle, toaster and work top space for cooking. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa with 49" Sony smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc and LED back lights. There's also a DVD player and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom is accessed by the spiral staircase, which is on an open mezzanine level with a port hole window. To optimise comfort there is a king-size Otty memory foam mattress and choice of both firm and medium pillows. Black out curtains and blinds are found throughout the space. The outside area has a shared driveway, outside tap and hosepipe, private back garden and separate access should you prefer. Here you will find an outdoor seating area and a patio space to enjoy. There is a privately located 2 person hot tub in the garden of An Gwith, conveniently right on your door step. Bi-folding doors are a bonus in the summer months and there is under floor heating for when it gets chilly. There is a laundrette in the village should you need laundry services. Guest access There is space for 1 car on the driveway. There is also ample on-street parking directly outside the property. The village centre is a short 3 minute walk where you can take regular buses to Truro town centre. Other things to note Please note that the bedroom is on a mezzanine level and is therefore accessed by a spiral staircase, with a lower ceiling level.
