This well cared for 3 bedroom unit is located near Lake Pinneo, the Quechee Clubhouse, Tennis/Pickle, Ski hill and Golf Courses. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with an additional pull out sofa for more capacity. A well‑equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals. The entry foyer doubles as a mudroom with plenty of space for boots and gear, plus a convenient powder room. Second Level: A serene master suite boasts a private bathroom, while a second bedroom offers two twin beds and a full bath in the hall. Lower Level: A finished guest suite with a queen bed, sitting area and full bath provides extra privacy. A washer/dryer and generous storage are on this level. We also have a Pack 'n Play for the little one. Year‑Round Adventure at Your Doorstep Quechee is vibrant in every season. Guest access Newton Village is a community within Quechee Lakes that has its own tennis court, pickle court, and pool. In addition to the community pool and court, you'll have access to all of the Quechee Lakes facilities. Renter Amenity Package (for one month or more)- Renter Amenity folks will be entered into the Quechee system, be issued cards, be allowed to house charge and have the ability to make reservations at the pools and fitness center 3 days in advance. If you decide not to purchase the package, you can simply pay as you go, rates can be viewed on the attached “Short Term Renter Rates”. One difference in the two that is worth noting is that our pools are by reservation only, pay as you go. Renters need to call the morning that they want to use the pool to see if there are any time slots open on that particular day; no advance reservations. Our Restaurants, tennis club, pickleball courts, golf course, and Ski Hill are open to renters. Other things to note Quechee’s facilities are impressive and include two championship golf courses, a health club, indoor pool, squash, racquetball, basketball, and volleyball courts, there is a modern tennis center featuring eleven tennis (8 Har Tru) courts, 4 pickleball courts, 4 platform tennis courts and professional staff offering an outstanding program of lessons and clinics, miles of cross-country ski trails, and a downhill ski hill that has a double chair lift, a rope tow, and a T-Bar. There are recreational facilities for children, Lake Pinneo with beach, bathhouse, watersports, and playground facilities, outdoor skating facilities, and supervised programs. Additionally, there are playing fields, extensive woodlands, deer yards, and some great freshwater fishing holes, all-encompassing approximately 1,500 acres of Vermont’s most beautiful and natural land. Renters gain access to the Quechee Club, sports center, courts, indoor pool, restaurants, fitness center, (seasonally) the golf course, lake Pinneo, ski hill.
