Ski and sled at Bear Valley (30 minutes drive) during the winter. Walk to Fly-In Acres Lake or Sequoia Woods Golf and enjoy the Blue Lake Springs HOA pool and lake during summer months. Other things to note Please be aware that our home is situated on the side of hill and is 2 flights of stairs to the front door. It also has a very large (and high deck). This makes it feel as though you are living in a tree house!
