Spectacular View On the Water Our lake home is on the water, with a private beach. The beach house has quality bedrooms with both a King and queen beds as well as super-fast wifi. a great place to relax for your getaway. The Sunroom is large looking onto the water and the Patio on the water is great. Both are often used to relax, view the lake and many like the ambience for Yoga. Parties are not permitted. No loud noise, music. We respect our neighbours. License STR 20200044 Other things to note Ac units are in bedrooms seasonal from June to August. We try our best for the home and amenities to be excellent. Like the weather sometimes things can happen unexpectedly just like at your home if something decides to break. We may have to have a part order, etc. Therefore we do not provide a guarantee for all amenities. Please note the cottage is on the water and lake. There can be insects, bugs, spyders, etc depending on the time of year etc They may enter the house. It’s part of cottage life. We do our best to manage with a service however this can still occur as part of cottage life. Parties and loud music are NOT permitted based upon the Local short term rental rules and by the neighbours. Its zero tolerance for noise disturbances and such. Town Bylaw is monitoring this closely. It’s a great guiet beach area with families enjoying the lake and atmosphere. Please ensure no loud music, yelling, foul language etc that would bother the beach neighbours. Noise disturbances will result in termination and the requirement to leave. We do not want this. Outdoor wood bonfires are only permitted by town bylaw after 4pm to 11pm and if the wind is minimal and blowing towards the lake. The fire must be supervised and put out. As such we have a propane fire pit since it is safer, we do not have to worry about the direction of the winds and does not cause any smoke issues with the neighbours. The short term rental rules from the town of Fort Erie are posted in the house on the wall. Fireworks are not permitted by the Fort Erie bylaw Please note there is a ring video door bell at the front door and a camera at the outside of the house lake side that looks into the lake. These are for property security, and safety.
