The small house of Portzic offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in the quiet and popular area of Portzic. Its major asset is the proximity to the beach which is 100 m away. Guests can take advantage of the large covered terrace and enclosed garden, an ideal play area for children. The plus: we provide you with 2 surfboards and a small canoe kayak. The space The small house of Portzic is a townhouse of about 65 m2 which has: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, 2 coffee machines including Nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.) - a small seating area (140 cm sofa bed, TV, free WiFi, board games) - a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dresser. - a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - an upstairs bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Guest access You will also enjoy the enclosed garden and not overlooked: to play, bask or sunbathe. A 6-seater garden furniture set awaits you as well as 2 Chilean chairs and a Weber charcoal barbecue. We also provide 2 surfboards and a canoe. However, we ask you to sign a waiver, to read the safety instructions carefully, and we strongly recommend that you be supervised by one of the many surf schools on the Crozon peninsula. The little house of Portzic is our weekend and vacation home that we are happy to share with those who wish to discover and appreciate this beautiful peninsula as we do. We love to follow the GR 34 from the port of Morgat to Camaret. We also practice surfing and paddleboarding, and I would be very happy to share my knowledge of the spots in the area. Unfortunately (work requires!!), we cannot be available to welcome you. However, Florence will be available. She has lived in Crozon for years and knows all the best tips, which she will be happy to share with you. Other things to note Other very important remarks: Florence is in charge of your welcome and she will remain reachable throughout your stay. It is also with her that you must sign the rental agreement and the waiver if you wish to use the surfboards or the canoe. IMPORTANT POINT: - SHEETS and LINEN ARE TO BE BOOKED IN ADDITION. - Sheets are to be booked with Florence: 15 euros/week/large bed and/or 10 euros/week/small bed. Towels 6 euros/week/person. - THE CLEANING PACKAGE IS MANDATORY and to be paid on site: 50 euros. FOR ANIMALS: We accept dogs but unfortunately not cats.
