Designed by renown Martha Mulholland, this 1930s home exudes the feeling of both antiquity and quiet elegance. Curated with art, antiques and designer furnishings, guests will love the intimate spaces created to compliment the mountain setting... such as a sunroom with 180-degree lakeviews! All the amenities await you, like hot tub and fire pit, to ensure a perfect getaway. The space Each room feels both thoughtful and effortless in its styling. Although very recently remodeled/refurnished, designer Martha Mulholland created spaces that seem as if they've been preserved throughout the home's history. On the main level, you'll find a guestroom with a queen bed and dedicated bathroom. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Down the hall, a guestroom with a queen bed and a "kid-room" with 3 twin beds share the bathroom at the end of the hall. On the bottom level, a guestroom with a queen bed has a dedicated bathroom, both opening onto the tv den. Past the den, a small bedroom with a twin bed is perfect for older kids who want their own space. Both the main level and downstairs den have access to the back patio, making for easy indoor/outdoor living.
