Vacation villa with pool 20 minutes from the sea

Ideal villa for a good family vacation by the pool. Nîmes (and its arenas, Maison Carrée...) 10 min, Montpellier 30 min. The sea is 20 minutes away and many sites are nearby: Pont du Gard, Camargue, Gardon Gorges... The neighborhood is quiet, the village center is a 5-min walk with all the necessary shops (including supermarket). Skate park, city, fitness trail and walks in the forest or vineyards within a 5-minute walk of the house. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms (3 of 12 m2 and 1 of 14 m2). The house is air-conditioned. The 700 m2 garden is composed of a lawn area, a covered terrace for eating in the shade and a garden lounge area. The pool (with alarm) measures approximately 5x10 and is composed of a deep part and a shallower part for playing. Guest access The village is 13 minutes from the A9 Nîmes-Ouest highway exit but also accessible via the Gallargues-le-Montueux exit or from Arles A54.
