The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, desk and chair, dresser, lamps, and a TV. This room includes a private bathroom .The bathroom is for your private use and features a shower,sink, and toilet. Guests may use all shared common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, 2 shared living spaces, a private fenced backyard with deck, and laundry access for long-term stays. All bedrooms have individual locks/keys for added privacy. This room is ideal for guests who want privacy, comfort, and a quiet shared living environment. Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom, a PRIVATE bathroom , the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining area, and the large backyard. Free street parking is available. You'll receive a personal front door access code and a private bedroom key for your stay. During your stay I personally welcome every guest at check-in. I'll give you a tour of the home, explain how everything works, provide your bedroom key and personal entrance code, and answer any questions you may have. If other guests are home, I'm happy to introduce everyone to help create a comfortable living environment. I'll also show you the neighborhood, recommend nearby shopping, restaurants, parks, and local attractions, review the house rules, and make sure your room is clean, comfortable, and that everything is working properly before I leave. Throughout your stay, I'm available if you need assistance while also respecting your privacy. Other things to note This home is designed for long-term professional guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. To help everyone enjoy their stay, please be mindful of shared spaces. During quiet hours (10:00 PM–8:00 AM), avoid extended use of the kitchen and common areas so everyone can rest and enjoy their privacy. Please keep the shared bathroom clean after each use, be mindful of shower length so everyone has hot water, and use headphones or keep music, videos, and phone calls at a low volume. The home's heating and air conditioning are managed centrally through a Wi-Fi thermostat to maintain a comfortable temperature for all guests. Thermostat settings are not adjusted individually. Windows remain closed because of the home's original window design and the central heating and air conditioning system. Each guest is assigned a designated laundry day, ensuring convenient access to the washer and dryer every week. For extended stays, guests provide their own personal supplies, such as toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and any specialty cleaning products they prefer. Food deliveries and packages may be delivered directly to the house.
