The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, desk and chair, dresser, lamps, and a TV. This room includes a private bathroom .The bathroom is for your private use and features a shower,sink, and toilet. Guests may use all shared common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, 2 shared living spaces, a private fenced backyard with deck, and laundry access for long-term stays. All bedrooms have individual locks/keys for added privacy and security. Please note: this is a shared home with one central thermostat and one water heater serving the entire house. Individual room temperature controls are not available; however, different blanket options are provided for comfort. The laundry room is shared and located in the storage area. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of shared amenities. This room is ideal for guests who want privacy, comfort, and a quiet shared living environment. Guest access You will be leaving at home away from home and you will feel at home. You will have your own private , best room in the house with a private bath.
