The space The apartment is equipped with all necessary things for your comfortable stay. Bathroom and extra toilet. Towels, shampoo, balm, shower gel, hairdryer. Full-size washing and drying machine. Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. An iron and ironing board. TV with cable and Wi-Fi. All appliances, accessories and furniture are new. Other things to note According to company rules our guests must provide information prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given to the support center ARE NOT allowed into the building. All guests are required to pay a 5000RUB security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is automatically refunded within 7 days after check-out, unless there has been damage to the unit during your stay. Pets ale allowed in the apartment. There is an extra cost 200 RUB per night per pet. Only 1 small pet is allowed. Please inform us in advance if you come with a pet.
