Kamshet Lakeside Artist Guesthouse

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and pets. This is an artist residency and workspace used by artists from around the world-writers, actors, directors, dancers, painters, sculptors, thinkers. We welcome guests who are looking for calm and quiet for family and friend reunions. No loud parties or revelry is encouraged. We serve simple and tasty home food available at a charge. Please communicate only through Airbnb site. No phone calls till accepted The space You can swim in our lake. We have no boats yet though. You can pitch tents, We have a few. You can take nature walks, climb the rocks, meet migratory birds, or simply enjoy the open spaces on this 5 acre property surrounded by hills and touching a beautiful lake that never dries. Our space is very creatively designed. Guest access You can access your room/s you have booked in the guest house. The property also has a villa that is rentable separately. The master kitchen is available only to staff and no entry there is permitted. However, there is a small private kitchen available to you at all times which has a gas burner, utensils, tea, coffee, fridge etc. Apart from this the entire property is at your disposal. Other things to note Since you are coming to a rural Indian village, we advice you wear appropriate clothing to merge with the environment. Please bring your torch, swim costume, cap, shades, and medicines. The closest market is 30 minutes drive away.
