You probably won't tell it by looking from outside, but it has a good history. There is a separate entrance to the apartment from the back of the building. There is everything you need in the apartment. We are constantly improving and renovating it. I live close by, so if you need anything just give me a call. Guest access The parking area is in the back of the house. It's off street parking. You need to know and be ready for stairs on the second floor. No elevator! Other things to note Recent updates & thoughtful touches: new laminate flooring, modern gas stove, heated bidet toilet seat, and a new Ninja coffee maker that makes excellent espresso, cappuccino, and drip coffee. We also provide pour-over, Turkish, and Italian espresso coffee options, plus a variety of teas and light breakfast supplies. The apartment includes an in-unit washer/dryer with laundry supplies provided. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products, and all bedding — including duvet covers — is freshly washed after every stay using a very mild biodegradable detergent designed to avoid strong smells and reduce allergy irritation.
