Luxury linens and towels are provided. The bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and large shower. The living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa, smart tv, electric fireplace. A nice supply of books, puzzles, board games are available. A full size kitchen with dishwasher, range, built in microwave, refrigerator, air fryer/toaster, Keurig coffee machine, small cappuccino machine, washer and dryer. The kitchen is generously stocked with snacks, soft drinks, bottled still and sparkling water, fresh eggs and butter. Central heat and air. Wifi is provided. Cell phones work well. There are two Smart TV's which can be connected to your laptop, game system, Fire TV etc. There is no cable TV. Garage parking is available for up to two vehicles and there is an EV charger also available. There is keyless entry. We are dog lovers and welcome your dog. Cats are not allowed. There is a $35 per stay pet fee. If you have more than one dog you wish to bring please make that request when inquiring about the apartment. Your dog must be kept off of furniture and beds. Your dog needs to be kept on leash and picked up after. The majority of vineyards and breweries in the area allow pets. We live on the property and are available for questions or assistance.
