Quiet accommodation in a natural setting, in the old stones of an old farmhouse. You will have a cottage adjoining the main house but nevertheless independent, close to a park with goats and chickens. Horseback riders, a meadow can be provided, with hay and water. Ideal location for tourism, between lakes and castles, a stone's throw from Morvan but also from the Wine Route, at the crossroads between Beaune, Dijon and Semur-en-Auxois... The space 3-room house: - a 30 m2 living room (living room/kitchen/dining room), Upstairs (beware! steep staircase): - 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 - bathroom/toilet Bedding is provided as well as dish towels and bath mats/hand towels. Personal bath towels are available upon request. Guest access Once you arrive at the listing address, follow the "gîte" sign, continue down the driveway and go around the building.
