STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house (basement) with 1 large window. A cozy space with a convenient short walk to Sewickley Village: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment. Total privacy and separate entrance. 1 Queen bed and 1 full air mattress. *You may hear foot traffic & other noises above. If this is an issue this space is not for you. Please read entire listing info before booking The space ONE ROOM STUDIO APARTMENT. Full kitchen includes stove, microwave, toaster oven, garbage disposal, refrigerator with freezer. Full-size washer/dryer . Full bathroom with tub/shower. Walk-in closet. There are about 10 steps down to the studio. 2 beds are: 1 Queen bed and a full air mattress. Park in front of the house please. I am not usually at the house and other airbnb guests stay above. But I am available by phone always. Guest access I also have a gazebo with a wood-burning fire table you can use. Please note: The main part of the house is a separate entrance. There is no access from the main house to the studio. The front porch is shared space. You are welcome to sit on the front porch. The temp is maintained 68-72. No controls in the studio. If too cold the 2 heaters will warm up the studio. Other things to note Park directly in front of house, or any space on street but there is street sweeping on Thursdays 8am-10am, The borough does ticket all cars parked on street Thursdays 8am-10am. You may park parallel by garage door in alley for those 2 hours.
