A sound machine is provided (if desired) to use for a restful sleep, along with sleep masks, earplugs, a fan, and extra pillows and blankets. Though the space can accommodate up to 5 guests, it may feel tight with all beds in use. Choose wisely for your comfort. 🕯️ Ambiance without flames: Battery-operated candles are supplied. Refrain from using real candles. 🥨 Peckish? Enjoy a snack tray, cold beverages, shelf stable munchables (such as soups/packets of oatmeal), fresh eggs, and an assortment of cooking spices if you choose to dine in. If you use food delivery services, please let them know how to find the guesthouse (behind the main home) as we have occasionally come home to find guest’s food delivery left on our porch and we really don’t want your items to sit leaving you wondering about your order. 🪥 Forget something? Bathroom amenities are provided. Help yourself to whatever you need. 👶 We want all of our guests to be comfortable! If traveling with a small child, please inform the host in advance so we can be sure to prepare necessary items. 🦮 Discuss all pets before booking (fee may be adjusted based on type, size, number of pets). Service animals are allowed per ADA guidelines but must follow specific rules. Misrepresentation of pets as service animals may result in penalties. Extras: 🛶 Kayaks are available and 🚲 bicycles may also be available for use (at your own risk) without charge. Also, 🏖️ beach items (chairs, etc) and 👶🏽 baby needs (high chair , pack n play) are available upon request. Regular pest control is performed to mitigate critters but hey, it’s Florida! 📪 Guests cannot use this address for personal mail. Nearby post boxes are available. 🏥 Just in case: Four major hospitals are located within 2-6 miles. Guest access Guest house is a private, separate (no shared walls), self-contained unit.
