There is a breakfast seating area and a well stocked kitchen. This basement studio is extra bright with new windows and lighting. The apartment has a private access as well as a front loading washer and dryer. Shared space includes outdoor seating area that looks out onto the bordering park. Guest access The house is centrally located in the neighborhood of Brooklyn in SE Portland, only a few miles from downtown Portland. Street parking is readily available and public transportation (bus and light rail train) is amazingly easy from here. It's a five minute bus ride to the OHSU Tram or a 10 minute ride to downtown Portland or Rose Quarter. Within blocks you'll find excellent dining, 24 hr Fitness, coffee shops, shopping, the Aladdin Theatre and everything you could possibly need. Other things to note This is a basement apartment with our family of four in the main house above. We did include as much soundproofing as physically possible in the construction of the apartment but there is a chance you'll here vibrations from footsteps above periodically.
