Family Beach House - Valley Rd

Bright breezy family beach house located one street back (about 200m) from the beach (best beach access is crossroads). Mt Main Street is a 5 min drive away, Bayfair is 5 mins the other way - we’re in the heart of the Mt. We’re on a back section so it’s quiet and private. We want you to enjoy this home as if it’s your own. Kids can play safely in the fully fenced section. You’re welcome to bring the dog, borrow the bikes, boards, beach umbrella - make yourself at home. The space The beach house is located on Valley Rd, 200m from the beach and close to Moa park. It’s a 4 bedroom house, the 4th bedroom is currently an office, but you can throw an air bed in there - or pitch a tent out the back. The house could fit a family of 6 nicely, or 2 small families - if you’re fine with the kids on airbeds/mattresses. Let me know if that’s your plan and I’ll make up extra beds. All linen, bath and beach towels are provided. With decks front and back you can have coffee out the front in the morning, or wine out the back in the sun. There’s a nespresso machine and selection of nespresso capsules. Large fridge (to fit the beers and wine/gins). Weber BBQ on the back deck. Outdoor dining table with umbrella. The bathroom has a shower over bath, and toilet is in there too. We use the outdoor shower all through the year - it’s got great pressure and it’s private. We’ve got 2 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes you’re welcome to use. 2 boogie board and 1 surf board. If you’re flying in and need a car, we can organise having one or both of our cars (Audi Q3 and Hyundai IMAX) available. Make yourself at home. You’re on holiday! Relax! Guest access There is 1 off street parks down the drive and heaps of street parking. We share a driveway with our front neighbours, so be mindful of keeping the driveway clear.
