Fitted closet and relaxing rain shower. Recliner and double reclining (power) loveseat for relaxing in front of full motion 42” Smart/HDTV thus allowing you to also laze in bed while enjoying a show. High speed WiFi / basic cable are provided. Smart TV also allows access to any of your own subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, hulu, etc.) so remember your access logins! This space is perfect for two but can accommodate up to four adults with the use of the commercial quality queen size air bed. The air bed is raised 24” so no one feels like they’re sleeping on the floor. It’s also very comfortable and self inflates/deflates in less than five minutes. Appropriate linens and pillows are provided. There is an additional per night per person fee of $17. Use of the raised air bed is free for parties of two. Guest access Heated pool, laundry on each floor, community room, bike storage, patio / BBQ area. The grill is for community use and must be cleaned after use. BBQ cooking tools are in the kitchen. Charcoal is not provided. Smoking: Smoking of any substance that produces smoke or odor inside the condo is not permitted! Including candles, incense, oils, any and all smoking materials legal or otherwise! The beach is always a great option … There is a smoking area located outside the community room please smoke in this area or on the BEACH! Smoking is not allowed on walkways, stairwells or in the pool or patio areas. Other things to note Supermarket and Pharmacy less than a mile away. Sightseeing, casinos, golf, museums and theaters all nearby. Golfing and many parks nearby. Tenpin bowling, trampoline park, indoor sky diving all nearby.
