The space The downstairs bedroom with a queen bed is adjacent the bathroom. It has blackout shades for those needing light restriction for sleeping. For guest comfort, it has a Sealy Posturpedic bed with a memory foam topper. The upstairs under the eaves bedroom has a comfy double bed with a memory foam topper. There is a single box spring and mattress that can be set up on request. Great for a child or an additional coworker. Additional bedding is in the upstairs closet. The sitting area is upstairs with a reclining love seat and two high back Queen Anne chairs, seating four. There is a smart TV and desk for guest use. Both bedrooms have televisions. For cozy comfort both bedrooms have electric fireplaces. Run fireplaces only when on premises. In the summer both bedrooms have window AC units. The suite doesn’t have a full kitchen but is equipped with the following: mini fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, double sink, basic dishes and utensils. Guest access There is parking for two vehicles in front of the house on Garden Homes Drive. For larger vehicles, contact host for accomodation. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee but rather charge per person. One person is $80/night. Each additional person adds $10/night. In extraordinary circumstances where professional cleaning or repair is required an additional fee may be incurred.
