It includes furnishings, bedding, linen, Utilities, free WiFi, Free parking in the drive way and street • No cooked breakfast is provided but you can make your own as we provide: • Peanut butter & jelly, oatmeal, pancake mix, syrup, instant and ground coffee, powdered cream & sugar, teas, honey and spices/condiments The kitchen is stocked with: • Keurig • French press with hot plate • Glass electric Kettle • Slow cooker • Rice cooker/steamer • Electric grill • Wok & Large Pan • Complete set of Copper cook ware • Non-stick pots and pans • Silicone cooking utensils • Baking dishes/pan/sheet • 2 Complete Knife sets • Dish set for 4 or non matching sets for 8 • Glass ware • Silverware • Soft water • Each room has its own shelf space in fridge and freezer, cabinet in kitchen for dry goods • Each room is furnished with its own Queen bed, Desk, night stands, lamps, ceiling fan, full wall to wall closet, dresser/cubicle for storage, 2 surge protector/power strip (one on each side of the bed), and a reading chair. • We offer complimentary welcome snack pack and bottle water in each room • Each bathroom has complimentary full size bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, (hand soap at the sink) Guest access Guest all have access to our kitchen to cook and prepare meals. We provide food storage containers, copper cooking pots & pans, non stick pans and pot. • Every room has its own shelf in the fridge and freezer and cabinet in the kitchen to store dry goods. • Living room is equipped with a big 55 inch TV for your enjoyment. We have Netflix and Firestick for your viewing pleasures. • Laundry room in house with liquid detergent and stain remover in case of accidents. Please wash at least a half load of laundry in an effort to conserve water. • Wireless printer for occasional printing. • In the kitchen we have a Keurig, French coffee press with electric warming pad, Glass Electric kettle to boil water for tea or coffee. We provide instant coffee, coffee grounds, pods, small selection of teas, powder creamer and sugar. • We have a covered patio with bbq grill and patio furniture in the back yard for your outdoor enjoyment. If you want to sun bath we have loungers for you to use. • If you have an electric car, we have 2 evo chargers in the garage, extra fee of $50/month ($5/day) to park and charge in the garage. During your stay We provide you with all the privacy you need. We love to help give travel tips and food recommendation should you need it. If we are not home we are always just a text away if you should need us. Other things to note House Rules 1. We don't wear shoes in the house, we have a shoe rack at the door for you to leave your foot ware at. 2. No smoking, excessive drinking or drug use of any kind in the house 3. No weapons or illegal contrabands in the house 4. No unregistered guest in the house without host permission 5. We have cameras in the common areas and external cameras around the perimeter of the property. 6. No parties 7. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am 8. Cleaning fee is to cover cleaning and resetting the room after you check out. It does not cover daily cleaning. Everyone is expected to respect the house & each other therefore, please clean up after yourself.
