We clean the entire private apartment with hotel-like attention to detail, and we launder fresh towels and linens for each and every stay. The main living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa, two chairs, and a 65 inch Roku TV for guests to connect to any of their favorite streaming services (streaming subscriptions not provided; you must use your own account). The kitchenette includes a coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, hot plate, and sink. The bedroom has king sized bed, a chair, and closet space with an iron & board. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and body wash. The sidewalk on the North side of the house leads down a series of cement steps to the back of the home where guests can enter the basement apartment through a locking sliding door. At the end of the basement hallway there is a locked storage closet and a stairwell that leads up to the main floor. During your stay, the entire basement is private, remains locked at all times, and is completely separated from our living space. We give our guests as much or as little interaction as they desire. We're not home often, but when we are, we love meeting new people and swapping travel stories. If you're the type who likes to hang out and chat, please don't hesitate to send a message. Ask about things to do, places to eat, and sights to see—we love to help! Our neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and located in a secluded golf course community bordering Orem and Provo Utah. We are walking-distance from the Sleepy Ridge country club, which hosts many weddings all year round. We recommend Uber or having your own vehicle. Uber is fairly prompt during regular hours but very difficult in the middle of the night unless you're coming from an airport. PET FEE: Please add your fur-baby to the guest total so AirBNB includes our pet cleaning fee. It is important for our cleaners to take extra time and care to remove all fur, dander, oder, and potential allergens for any subsequent guests. NO STREET PARKING is allowed between 11pm-6am. Guests *MUST* use the designated driveway spot or else they WILL GET “BOOTED” which costs $75 to remove. 🫣 BASEMENT APARTMENT NOISE: Our space is a walk-out basement and has significant soundproofing, but it is likely that you'll hear us upstairs here and there. So far no one has complained, but if the noise ever bothers you, please feel free to let us know and we can adjust accordingly.
