This independent furnished apartment is located in a house in Faladie-SEMA, Bamako, south of the Niger river & downtown Bamako. It is a safe & relatively clean neighborhood known for a concentration of intellectuals. Only the main entrance & yard are shared. This is the place to be if you want to experience a typical Malian neighborhood & hospitality & not be far from the airport & downtown. The space There is no hot water from the shower, but a hand-held water heater will be available as well as mosquito nets, linen, soap, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and spices. There is an AC in the main bedroom only and a fan in each room. Since the cost of electricity in Bamako is quite high, especially when AC is turned on, we provide prepaid electricity for your first 2 nights only, therefore you will be responsible for purchasing prepaid electricity for the rest of your stay. The landlord is responsible for paying the water bill, but you can not wash clothes more than 2 times a week. No big parties or loud music is allowed. Cleaning will be done every 3 days after you leave your room or when you are around, depending on your preference. If you want the unit to be cleaned more often, you can arrange with the housemaid for a small fee. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment for themselves plus the roof top to chill out in the evening during the hot season.
