Large house with outdoor park and covered terrace that can accommodate 8 people. You are 6 minutes from Agen, 8 minutes from the highway and Waligator. The house is accessed by the outside staircase. You can park several cars in the courtyard. You will live upstairs; you will enjoy a large terrace with a wooded park; a large living room-office, a large kitchen-dining room, 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sink area and 2 toilets. The space The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker with pods, dishwasher... and all the equipment for cooking... The house belonged to my grandmother who was a great cook and there are still a lot of her kitchen tools:) Regarding the bedrooms, you will find 3 double beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 single beds in 1 bedroom; possibility to add 1 extra bed for a 9th person on request. Kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. The house has been almost completely renovated and the modern and the old coexist! Guest access You have access to the top of the house, the large terrace, the parking lot in the garden, the pool... but not the loft at the bottom of the house. The bottom of the house is not accessible as part of this rental. There is a garage and personal belongings; We also have a loft for 4 people rented separately from the top that can be found on this site. At night the house is difficult to find because the road is not lit; you have to drive slowly so as not to miss it. The house is located between 2 fields on each side! When you arrive from Agen, the house will be on your left. You have an Intermarché to do your shopping 1 minute by car (at the exit of the village), as well as a tobacco-press-gas-grocery store in the center of the village.
