A Private Room in a Quiet Neighborhood

The room is in a private house in a quiet neighborhood. It is a 15 minutes drive to JFK airport and 20 minutes to La Guardian Airport. If you drive, there is ample parking in the driveway and on the street. Your hosts are a friendly couple. The space There is absolutely no smoking and no alcohol is permitted on the premises. Sorry, No Pets.It is very safe and secure. The house is protected by a 24-hour security monitoring system. The perimeters are also monitored by a CCTV system for added peace of mind. During your stay Your hosts are available mostly in the evenings and on weekends. We are also available by phone, text, email or better still, if the guests want to sit down and chat in the family living room (and/or under the patio umbrella in summer) in the evenings Other things to note The bed can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Oven top cooking is not allowed. We provide a microwave, kettle, Silverware and plates for use. A dining table is also available.
