For any additional sleeping needs, there is a Pack ‘n Play and a queen 18-inch air mattress along with bedding. The large main bath has dual vanities, a walk-in closet stocked with linens and pool towels, and a walk-in shower. Make packing a breeze and take advantage of the laundry room including washer, dryer, laundry soap, and fabric softener. Indoor gathering spaces include dining for 8, plus seating for 5 at the breakfast bar, a fully stocked kitchen with glass for indoor use and plastic for outdoor use, coffee pot, stove top and wall oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent are included. The spacious living room has plenty of seating, includes a 55-inch smart TV, a fireplace (for esthetics only), and looks over the pool where you can hear the water falling. Looking for quiet space? There is a seating area for reading and coffee or quiet conversation as well as a workspace with natural light, but sshhh, we won’t tell if you don’t use it! Moving on to your own fenced-in outdoor oasis presents many options for relaxing, gathering, and activities. The refreshing pool is heated WEATHER PERMITTING (except for winter months), has stairs, ranges from 3.5 feet deep to 9 feet deep, and has a jumping rock. The spa flows into the pool, which can hold up to 10 and may be used all year round. Please note that the pool is not heated throughout the winter months starting Nov. 1. - March WEATHER PERMITTING. The half bath and water in the cabana is also not available during the winter months. HIRED COMPANIES SERVICING THE HOME DURING YOUR STAY may include our propane company to refill the tank that heats the pool, our pool specialists that clean/maintain the pool weekly, our handy man that also takes the garbage to the curb every Tuesday and collects any packages delivered.
