Traveling with Dogs? Bring them along! Wine Time welcomes up to two dogs with a pet fee because vacations are better when the whole family is together. Wine Time features a whole-home Generac generator, allowing the cabin to continue operating during many power outages—something our guests have been especially thankful for. Good to Know • Pool heating is available September through May for an additional fee and can be added after booking. • During extreme winter temperatures, pool heating performance may be limited. • The pool is professionally serviced every Tuesday and Friday. • Since the cabin is surrounded by beautiful forest, occasional leaves may naturally collect in the pool between cleanings. A skimmer net is provided. • We provide starter supplies including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, hand soap, and other essentials. Nearby stores are just a short drive away if you need additional supplies during longer stays. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, gathering generations of family, reconnecting with lifelong friends, or simply escaping to the pines, Wine Time is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and create memories you'll be talking about long after the trip ends. We can't wait to host you in Broken Bow! Guest access Check-in is keyless. Personalized door codes are provided prior to check-in. Cabin will be available and door code active from 4:00pm on day of check in to 10:00am on day of check out. Early check in and late check out are unavailable. Other things to note We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance from Airbnb for unforeseeable events that will result in you being unable to go on your vacation. Purchasing travel insurance is the responsibility of the person making the reservation. Southern Hills is located on the south side of Hochatown right off the main entrance into Beavers Bend Park. Heavily treed with inclines and declines, Southern Hills is wonderful for the avid walker or jogger. Please note, internet is provided, however, Kowi Properties and private owner are not responsible for slower speeds or outages. ATV's and other type vehicles are not permitted to use throughout neighborhood per HOA rules. Pets Allowed: Pet Fees Apply, Dogs Only, Max 2 (Add pets under number of guests)
