This large second story apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, lots of windows, and great space! Three closets are included in the apartment. Main room has 55” tv, a couch, chair and dining table with chairs. A kitchenette is included with full fridge, sink, and workspace. Popcorn maker, 2 burner electric cooktop, coffee maker, George Foreman Grill, crockpot, toaster, and microwave are all available for your use. Dishes, glasses, and all necessities to cook are available. The space Entire apartment is available for your private use. Guest access Common entrance hall into the building and stairs to second floor are used by other guests. Other things to note This is a small apartment building, although we have not had complaints, you may hear noises from other apartments on occasion. No smoking allowed in the building. No parties allowed. Railroad tracks are located a block behind this building and trains run through town regularly.
