Other things to note No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime between 4 p.m and 8 p.m. and checkout by 11 a.m. Self-check-in with smart lock • Do not disrespect neighbors • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Lock the door at all times. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere in or on the property. No smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property or neighboring properties. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. A fine will be applied for people in or on the property who are not on the reservation. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 p.m. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
