The space This home sleeps 8 comfortably and offers plenty of room for entertaining. A large kitchen with adjoining dining/living room along with adjacent family room allows guests to carve out their own space or join in on the fun. The large screened in porch is ideal for year-round enjoyment. The fully fenced and private backyard boasts ample lawn space as well as a beautifully kept pool. Relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy the ocean air! A gas grill is also provided. Guest access The quiet, upscale neighborhood is center to many amazing restaurants, bars and shopping. We have great recommendations. The home includes a full-size washer and dryer, free wireless internet and smart TV’s to stream your subscriptions. If you need to work during your stay, utilize the large desk and chair with multiple outlets for all your needs. All linens are included as well as beach towels. Outdoor games are available to keep the fun going including ping pong in the garage and a life size connect four. The home is a quick 4 min drive to Madeira Beach where you’ll find abundant parking. Downtown St. Pete’s as well as Reddington Beach, Treasure Island and Passe Grille are neighboring towns close by. Parking is worry free and safe. Two cars can park on the driveway and street parking is available as well. No parking in the garage as there is a ping pong table. Other things to note Rest assured we’ve taken every precaution to offer you a clean and safe home. The home is taken care of by a professional cleaning crew and looked over by a handyman regularly.
