Fresh bedsheets are provided with every new booking, and as part of our eco-friendly practice, they are changed every third night during extended stays to conserve water. Fresh towels are provided at check-in and we request that guests use them for at least 2-3 days before requesting a change. • Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided, but due to the remote location, internet connectivity can be unstable at times. Please note, we are not responsible for any Wi-Fi disruptions during your stay. • Power Outages: Being in a hill station, Lonavala experiences occasional power cuts, especially during heavy rains. We provide an inverter for up to 3-4 hours of power backup, but please note that the AC and geysers will not function during backup. Plucking Flowers/Fruits: Not allowed to preserve the natural surroundings. 11. Insect Control: The villa is in a natural setting, so insects may enter. Regular pest control is conducted, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings.
