Private Guest Suite in Newbury Park

Our guest suite is in Newbury Park. 6 miles from Thousand Oaks Civic Center, and 23 miles from Ventura. Our space is ideal for couples, friends, and traveling professionals. Multicultural and LGBTQ friendly. The space Our guest suite is attached to the main house and has a private entrance through the side of the house. The room was recently remodeled with new flooring, new AC, and new bathroom. Guest access Guests have access only to the suite. Other things to note The area is residential so we asks our guests to be respectful of our neighbors.
