Guesthouse in Johnstown

Our newly constructed Bridal Suite is suited for an overnight stay. The downstairs has a large makeup counter area with 2 salon chairs, a living room with a large sectional sofa, TV, changing area for bride and bridesmaids and dining area with a full dining room table and refrigerator. Our downstairs also includes a half bath with a sink and toilet. The upstairs is an open bedroom with 3 queen beds, 1 Twin bed, and 1 full bathroom with heated shower The space We are also a wedding venue called Hinckston Run Farm. The venue is located across from the guesthouse separated by our large ponds. The guesthouse/bridal suite is located beside one of our animal barns that houses our 7 goats, 2 cats and 4 mini donkeys. The animals love to peak inside the dining room window to say hi! Arrangements can be made if you would like to help feed the animals in the morning or in the evening! The animals are kept in a large fenced in barnyard that you may visit at the fence. We ask that you do not feed the animals without permission. Our animals have strict diets and cannot eat certain foods. Our home is located in close proximity to the guesthouse so it is no problem for us to come over in case you need anything! We also have 3 large ponds in close proximity to the guesthouse. Arrangements can be made if you would like to use the kayaks, rowboat or fishing. We can also show you the areas to hike! Our property is located beside a large water reservoir where there are hiking trails and laying is allowed. There is also a large beautiful waterfall you can walk to for photos! Guest access We have plenty of space for parking beside the suite. Please do not block our driveway to our home! Salt is available upon request (if available) if the driveway is icy. Please note that our guesthouse is basically in the middle of the forest and on a farm. If you are staying with us during the Winter and the road conditions are bad, please be sure to drive here in an AWD or 4WD vehicle or your vehicle will not be able to drive on our roads. Other things to note Rules to follow while staying in the suite: 1. No smoking or vaping inside the suite. Please be sure to stay away from the animals while you are smoking outside. Also, please place cigarette butts in the cigarette container outside. Do NOT bring cigarette butts inside the suite or leave half smoked cigarettes outside of the suite. 2. Do NOT feed the animals unless approved by the owners. Our animals follow strict diets. 3. No parties are permitted in the bridal suite. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. 4. Please take your shoes off before walking upstairs on the carpet 5. No pets are permitted in the bridal suite.
