The Blue Room

Note: This reservation is not suitable for infants or children. We have a rolling bed for a 3rd person for an extra fee. A quiet and beautiful neighborhood is where you will be hanging out when you stay with us! Across from Encanto Park and only a few miles from Downtown Phoenix, where Talking Stick Resort Arena and Chase Field are home to the Suns and Diamondbacks and feature many entertainment events. You can walk, hike, bike, shop, eat, and take in the sights around and much more. The space The spacious ‘blue-room’ bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, large dresser, TV, and a closet to hang clothes. There's a private bathroom next to your room. Towels and toiletries are provided. The bedroom has its own entrance through the pool/backyard area. Guest access Guests will have access to the various areas of our home, such as the living room, back yard, pool, and kitchen. Free HIGH SPEED INTERNET Wi-Fi. Our home is a peaceful atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to the freeways that will take you to all the Spring Training games across the valley. (AZ Diamondbacks, Cubs, Colorado Rockies, Royals, Angels of Anaheim, Dodgers, Athletics, Royals and more. During your stay Jimmy is available to provide tips and advice on activities and things to do around town. We are easily reached by phone/text/email. Jimmy is from the Midwest and has roadtripped the entire continental U.S. I am from Mexico and love spending time abroad, such as in Costa Rica and Portugal. Other things to note No smoking inside the house. We have a dog and a cat. (They will not bother you, we keep them on the other side of the house) No parties or events. House not suitable for children.
