Sunflower Room - Near NYC

Close to NYC 13 miles/ 21 km. Two blocks away from NYC bus. Also close to shopping malls, Metlife Stadium, Teterboro airport, and Newark International Airport (EWR). Cozy and lively bedroom for 1 to 2 guests in a cape cod bed and breakfast house. Brand new kitchen and appliances! House interior newly painted walls and restored hardwood floors. We go above and beyond in terms of sanitation. All rooms are sanitized with hospital grade bactericidal, tuberculocidal, and virucidal. The space The Sunflower Room has the view of the backyard. House design is simply a touch of class to make you feel special! All pillows are laundered after each guest use. Laundromat is a 6–minute walk from my house in a strip mall that also has farm fresh market, liquor store, pharmacy, and Chinese food takeout. Along the boulevard of the town have diverse restaurants and shops Only 1 vehicle per guest is allowed in the driveway. The driveway is very small and guest parking will NOT be allowed if a guest is unable to properly park in tight spaces in the driveway or the vehicle is too big to fit the driveway. Guest access Bathroom, kitchen, and dining room will be shared with other occupants other than the host. No living room access. This home is self check-in and the host is available to provide assistance during business hours only. Therefore, all guests who confirmed booking is required to read all the check-in instructions via Airbnb app before arriving. Please call Airbnb customer support if you are unable to view the check-in instructions prior to your arrival. Laundry room available upon request for additional fees and advanced notice. During your stay I no longer live in the house, but my mom supervises on my behalf. I still however handle all administrative issues and requests.
