Beautiful, historic 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath private apartment situated right in downtown Flagstaff! Everything in walking distance. The space This private, ground floor duplex apartment has everything you need for your Northern Arizona stay. There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The first "Dream" bedroom has a queen sized bed, meditation/reading nook, and a pocket bathroom. The second "Believe" bedroom has 1 queen bed and one twin bed in the same room. This room also has a sitting area and soaking tub. The large bathroom has a shower for all guests to share. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a dining room with big table for sharing meals. Guest access You can enter and leave from the red front door of the house facing Aspen Ave and the church across the street. The back door, deck and fence facing the back parking lot belong to a different unit. Please keep the front white picket fence gates securely closed after entering and leaving. This property is technically an upstairs/downstairs duplex, however the downstairs was built in 1909 with access from the front and the upstairs was built in 1995 with access from the back. It was specifically built as two private apartments with privacy and noise reduction between the 2 floors in mind, so this isn't your typical old-home, upstairs/downstairs situation. We hope this is comforting to know and you can relax knowing your space is private. Like all locations near downtown, you are close to the train station, so you can expect some train noise. They generally do not blow horns at night unless emergent but you can hear the "rumble" of the trains as they make their way through town. Other things to note LGBTQIA++ and BILPOC allies. For people with disabilities: we have a fully accessible toilet, outside ramp, wide doors, etc but at this time the shower has a step up that may be prohibitive for some. There is NO cigarette or pot smoking on the entire premises, including the front porch or garden area. Please take a walk around the block if you need a smoke. Vaping ok outside. This is not a hotel or owned by an investor, this is a true family-owned Airbnb. This place is very special to us so treating it as you would your own home is what we are hoping for.
