The Farmhouse

Experience the Flint Hills of Kansas when you stay at the Farmhouse. It has been newly remodeled and is a cozy stay for those wanting to experience the country. It has easy access off the highway and is located 8 miles west of Cottonwood Falls, 25 miles west of Emporia, and 4 miles from the Clover Cliff Ranch. Guests will enjoy scenic views from the house and get a taste of farm life. We look forward to hosting you! The space 26 acre farmstead with exceptional views of the Flint Hills and the Cottonwood River Valley. This restored farmhouse has all the comforts of home, all the while enjoying the beauty of the Flint Hills. BEDROOMS: One bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. OUTDOOR LIVING: patio, charcoal grill (charcoal provided), porch swing. INDOOR LIVING: flat screen TV, DVD player, WiFi KITCHEN: fully equipped, coffee maker, dishes, flatware, basic cooking essentials (oil, flour etc) and breakfast items provided for your first morning. GENERAL: central heat and AC, linens, towels and complimentary toiletries. OUTDOOR RECREATION: Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve, Chase State Fishing Lake, Chase Lake Falls, Camp Wood.
