Welcome to your own private oasis in beautiful Mullumbimby! Located only a 2 minute walk from our world famous Mullumbimby Farmers Market (Fridays), and with a clear view of Mt Chincogan over the 13m saltwater pool, you’ll enjoy the peaceful quiet of a country getaway while only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute flat walk into colourful and quirky Mullumbimby town, a 20 minute drive into Byron Bay, or a 10 minute drive to the pristine beaches of Brunswick Heads. The space Light, bright and spacious, the house has 3 available bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is huge, with private access via a sliding door that leads out to the pool, a luxury king size bed and private ensuite with double headed shower. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen size bed, a sliding door leading to the private, leafy front yard, and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is located at the other end of the house, with a sliding door leading to the leafy front yard, and a convertible, hotel quality bed that can be configured to queen size or 2 singles. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The spacious lounge features a cathedral ceiling, a comfy 8 seater couch, and air conditioning. There’s a smart TV with Netflix to keep you entertained after a swim, a Blu-Ray DVD player with lots of DVDs to choose from. Wifi is available throughout the house. The kitchen and dining area lead out to the pool and outside dining/entertainment area, where you can eat, swim, relax, and enjoy the view of our famous Mt Chincogan. Guest access Guests can access the whole house except one bedroom, which will be locked off, and the garage.
