The Allotment Albany - Centrally located Cottage

Our lovingly restored worker's cottage in Old Albany is minutes away from the cafes, restaurants and bars of central Albany. The cottage combines elegance and luxury with a relaxed bohemian feel. Morning sunshine streams through the open kitchen, living and dining space which opens on to an enclosed garden and courtyard. In the colder months, there's a fireplace and a deep bath for winter comfort. All bedrooms are spacious, with quality linens and the kitchen well appointed for self catering. The space The house has been restored to preserve its original features including polished jarrah floorboards and timber lined walls and ceilings. Downstairs includes 2 queen size bedrooms and a bunk room to sleep 4, with adjacent bathroom including a deep freestanding bath and separate shower. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area opens on to a sheltered courtyard of recycled bricks and lily pond (with safety grate - but please supervise little ones). Also downstairs is a laundry with separate toilet. Upstairs leads to a large queen size bedroom with views over the harbour and Mount Clarence and a walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. Guest access The house is within easy walking distance to the centre of town with farmers markets, restaurants, cafes and bars. There is space for 2 cars in the driveway but please note that the local Council does not allow parking on the street. Please get in touch if you have extra vehicles. Other things to note We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden for a non-diggy dog but we request that all faeces is collected and disposed of and that dog hair in the house is kept to a minimum.
